- The consumer/user is preferred to have 1 active account for orders.
- The consumer/user can have maximum of 2 confirmed orders at one time.
- The consumer/user can purchase a maximum quantity of 5 of a single item.
- The consumer/user can purchase a maximum quantity of 2 of a single item under promotions and deals.
- 1. The term CashBack throughout its use on the website Keryana.pk shall mean the grant of credit for the amount of eligible cashback.
- 2. Cashback shall be added to the registered customers account Wallet, and shall in no event imply that the cashback shall be credited to the customers bank account or refunded in cash at any time.
- 3. Cashback will reflect in the registered customers account Wallet within 48-72 hours of an eligible successful transaction.
- 4. Customers shall be allowed cashback on certain purchases as indicated at the time of checkout of Keryana.pk.
- 5. Cashback is not available on already discounted items, Hot Deals, Promotions and Packages.
- 6. Cashback shall NOT be available on orders which are denied/cancelled.
- 7. Any Cashback offered may be recovered by Keryana.pk, without notice to the customers. In such cases, any Cashback offered for orders for which a refund claim is made, whether in part or in full, shall be adjusted to remove Cashback attributable to the extent of the order refunded. This condition shall apply strictly and notwithstanding the display of cashback on any specific item(s) listed on Keryana.pk as an item specific cashback.
- 8. Cashback offers cannot be combined with any other offers.
- 9. Cashback cannot be transferred to any other account or to another person.
- 10. Keryana.pk reserves the right to, without liability or prejudice to any of its other rights, at any time, without previous notice and from time to time, withdraw/suspend / amend/cancel the Cashback offers, and the terms applicable thereto.
- 11. Cashback credit is available for use only on Keryana.pk and no other platform, website, store, marketplace or otherwise.
- 12. Customers cannot avail CashBack through Credit/Debit Card Payments; All Payments must be through Cash only to avail CashBack.
- 13. Promotional cashback credited can be subjected to expire at the discretion of Keryana.pk.
- 14. Cashback will expire after a minimum duration of 60 days from last order unless specified or added through a separate campaign, which can be subject to a shorter expiry time.
- 15. Users shall not hold Keryana.pk or its group entities, or affiliates, their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, responsible for or liable for, any actions, claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, charges and expenses which a customer claims to have suffered, sustained or incurred, or claims to suffer, sustain or incur, by way of and/or on account of any purchase made through the Application, whether with or without Cashback.
- 1- Discount will only be applicable on Items other than Hot Deals and Promotional Items.
- 2- Minimum order of Rs.500 should be placed to avail discount.
- 3- Maximum Discount of Rs.200 can be availed through the Promo Code "WOMENSDAY08".
- 4- A customer can only use the Promo Code once.
- 5- Multiple orders by the same customer with the same Promo Code will be denied.
- 6- Promo Code is only valid for orders on 8th March 2019 between 08:00 A.M - 08:00 P.M.
- 1- Promo Code is only valid for orders placed on 12th May 2019 between 12:00 A.M - 11:59 P.M.
- 2- Discount will only be applicable on all Baby and Kids items other than Promotional Items.
- 3- Minimum order of Rs.500 should be placed to avail discount.
- 4- Maximum Discount of Rs.1000 can be availed through the Promo Code "MOMANDME5".
- 5- A customer can only use the Promo Code once.

However, prices may vary from time to time or prices may sometime be inaccurate due to a technical issue or a human error. In such scenario, not withstanding anything to the contrary, Keryana.pk reserves the right to cancel or modify your order without any liability.
