Returns & Exchange:

Keryana.pk offers its customers return facility as we care for them, however there are some products which cannot be returned, below we have described in details how returns of products is possible:

Local Manufactured Items:

For all the local manufactured items, customers have a time frame of 7 days, in which they can return or exchange the product(s). However the customer would have to either drop the product at our Physical outlet Pak Super Store, address: Shop No. Z-50 & Z-51, Block 7/8, K.M.C.H.S, 75400, Karachi, Pakistan.

OR

The customers can also exchange the product by ordering a new product in exchange with the old product, if the order is above the required limit that is PKR.500/- and your area comes under the free deliveries area of Keryana.pk we will not charge any delivery charges, or else if the order is below PKR.500/- the customer would need to bear the delivery charges.

Imported Items:

Keryana.pk does not offer returns and exchange for imported items, however Quick Returns is possible for all imported items, for more information on Quick Returns, check the Quick Return section below.

Fruits & Vegetables:

Keryana.pk does not cater any returns and exchange in the Fruits & Vegetable category.

Meat, Poultry & Seafood:

Keryana.pk does not cater any returns and exchange in the Meat, Poultry & Seafood category.

Yogurts & Ice Creams:

Keryana.pk does not cater any returns and exchange for Yogurts and Ice Creams.

Quick Returns

Keryana.pk offers Quick Returns for the first time in Pakistan, now you can order your grocery list and decide if you want all of the products you ordered once it reaches at your door.

Our Rider will return the product right at your doorstep and will give you a new receipt,which will only show the items that you have accepted. It is highly recommended that you must check your bill before accepting it as if your order goes below PKR.500/- delivery charges will be applied automatically.

Local Manufactures Items:

Keryana.pk offers Quick Returns for all the local manufactured items.

Imported Items:

Keryana.pk offers Quick Returns for all imported items.

Fruits & Vegetables:

Keryana.pk offers Quick Returns for all types of Fruits & Vegetables.

Meat, Poultry & Seafood:

Keryana.pk does not offers Quick Returns for all types of Meat, Poultry & Seafood items.

Yogurt & Ice Creams:

Keryana.pk does not offers Quick Returns for all types of Yogurts & Ice Creams.

Quick Returns Payment Types:

Cash on delivery:

If your selected payment method is Cash on Delivery, on Quick Returns you only have to pay for the items that you have accepted including delivery charges(if applicable)

Bank Account Transfer:

If your selected payment method is Bank Transfer, on Quick Returns your money will be returned to you either in your bank account or in cash within 2 working days.

Credit/Debit Card Payment:

If your selected payment method is Credit/Debit Card, on Quick Returns your money will be returned to you in cash within 7 working days or you can adjust your amount by purchasing another product in exchange.

Order Cancellations:

Order cancellations at Keryana.pk is possible if the order you have placed is not in its confirmed state or your Order Status Shows (Pending). Customers can cancel their orders when they receive the confirmation call, you just have to say five simple words [I Dont want it anymore] thats all and your order will be cancelled.

Incase the customer accepts and confirms the order and at the time of receiving the order backs out, the customer would be black listed from Keryana.pk and wont be allowed to place orders at Keryana.pk from their ID in future. This is only because your late decisions get someone(s) hard work wasted.
