User Agreement
Introduction
This User Agreement, User Privacy Notice, User Terms and all policies on Keryana (Private) Limited set out the terms on which Keryana.pk allows you to access and use the website and its services.
The user agreement gives an overview of Keryana.pk policies and terms and conditions. You agree to comply with all of the material (Terms & Conditions, Return & Exchange, Privacy Policy, User Agreement) when accessing Keryana.pk or using its services or when making a purchase.

Keryana.pk is an Online Supermarket in Karachi, Pakistan for all your grocery needs, with over 5000 products we try to give you the best price in the market.

Keryana.pk is a place where you will find everything and anything that you are looking for, grocery items, bakery items, fruits and vegetables, baby care, adult care, personal care, home and kitchen accessories, pet care, chicken, meat, seafood, snacks, beverages, dairy products, frozen products and furnishing items.
User Account & Registration
To place an order on Keryana.pk all users must be registered or logged in.
At the time of registering at Keryana.pk you represent that you are not a minor and are of a legal age to make purchases and are not a user barred from receiving services under the laws of Islamic Republic of Pakistan and other applicable jurisdiction.
On registering at Keryana.pk you agree to provide true, accurate and current and complete information about yourself as prompted by Keryana.pk registration form.
Incase you have provided any information that is inaccurate, untrue, incomplete or not current (or becomes inaccurate, untrue, incomplete or not current) Keryana.pk has the rights to suspend your account and terminate the license of Site Access for future use.
When registering or logging in Keryana.pk website/store, you are solely responsible for protecting and maintaining the confidentiality of your account, username, email and password. You agree that you will only be responsible for all activities being performed from your account under your username and password, due this reason we highly recommend that you always log out from your account at the end of the shopping session.
You agree to let Keryana.pk notify immediately if you notice any unauthorized use from your account at Keryana.pk.
Keryana.pk reserved all the rights to refuse Site Access, Services, Termination of License, Suspend Account or remove and edit content in its sole discretions.
When you choose to Pay through (Credit/Debit Card) mode of payment, you will be asked to provide related financial information (credit card, debit card, bank account details, billing address etc.) on the payment merchants website. We will keep all such sensitive information secure at all times and ensure that all such information is only transacted over secure website (of approved payment vendors which are digitally encrypted), and provide the highest possible degree of security available under the technology currently in use.
Keryana.pk will not use any of your financial information for any purpose other than to complete the transaction.
If the user does not permit, Keryana.pk will not save any of your financial information on their servers or any where else, the transaction will be processed through the approved vendors gateway.
Transaction over the internet has its risks which only you can avoid by following the security practices yourself. Incase you notice any suspecious activity you are advised to contact the customer care team to avoid your account being compromised or misused.
Orders, Promotions & Deals
• The consumer/user is preferred to have 1 active account for orders.
• The consumer/user can have maximum of 2 confirmed orders at one time.
• The consumer/user can purchase a maximum quantity of 5 of a single item.
• The consumer/user can purchase a maximum quantity of 2 of a single item under promotions and deals.
Pricing
Keryana.pk ensures that the prices of the items offered are true and accurate. However, prices may vary from time to time or prices may sometime be inaccurate due to a technical issue or a human error. In such scenario, not withstanding anything to the contrary, Keryana.pk reserves the right to cancel or modify your order without any liability.
Returns & Exchange
Keryana.pk offers its customers return facility as we care for them, however there are some products which cannot be returned, you can get complete details on returns & exchange in the Returns & Exchange section.
Order Cancellations
Order cancellations at Keryana.pk is possible if the order you have placed is not in its confirmed state or your Order Status Shows [Pending]. Customers can cancel their orders when they receive the confirmation call, you just have to say five simple words (I Dont want it anymore) thats all and your order will be cancelled.
Incase the customer accepts and confirms the order and at the time of receiving the order backs out, the customer would be black listed from Keryana.pk and wont be allowed to place orders at Keryana.pk from their ID in future. This is only because your late decisions get someone(s) hard work wasted.
Modification to Material (Policies, Terms & Conditions, Agreement, Privacy Policy)
Keryana.pk reserves the rights to make to the structure and design of the website/store, policies, agreements, terms and conditions, privacy policy and this user agreement at any time.
If whenever keryana.pk makes an addition or modification to any of the mentioned material, users/consumers will be notified through an email associated with your account.
Keryana.pk will not be responsible if the users/consumers fails to receive the notification email due to their ISP or any email filtering service; therefore, you are requested to add keryana.pk to the list of approved domains to receive emails (whitelist).
Keryana.pk will also a prominent text regarding the modification to the particular material at the top section of the page for thirty (30) days, after which the notice will be removed. In case you have not accessed the website/store for more than thirty (30) days, it is recommended that you must go through the policies, agreements, privacy policy and these terms and conditions again.
If you find any change in the material that you are not satisfied with, Should you wish to remove your account from keryana.pk, you may do so by sending an email with subject [Termination] to info@keryana.pk.
If you choose to continue using the website/store, you will be deemed to accept the new terms and conditions or privacy policy or policies or agreement as relevant.
